One wall, one window, one patch of sun. That is the whole story, and it is enough.
The corner of a building rises against a dark gray sky, its roofline sloping gently on the left. The concrete shows the fine vertical lines left by the wooden boards it was poured against. Near the bottom, a small window catches a sharp ray of sunlight, the brightest spot in the image.
Board marked concrete is one of the trademarks of brutalism. Architects deliberately kept the imprint of the formwork to show how the building was made. Here, that texture is the main subject.
