They are tiny, walking near the bottom left, almost lost between two rows of towering concrete walls. The fins line up into the distance, and the sun slips between them, painting the ground with bright diagonal stripes. At the far end, the corridor fades into a misty glow.
This is architecture at its most cinematic. The scale, the repetition, the light: everything here feels designed for a single perfect moment. It is the image we reach for when people ask what brutalism feels like rather than what it looks like.
The tall format pulls the eye upward, so it is a great choice for a narrow wall, a staircase or the end of a corridor (yes, a corridor in a corridor). Available in several sizes.
Spend more time with these moods in our brutalism posters collection, and if the play of light on concrete fascinates you, read why brutalist buildings photograph so well.
